Looking for real stories on how a knee massager helped with recovery after surgery or injury. I tore my meniscus last month and surgery is scheduled. Friends say heat and vibration cut pain significantly. I’m tired of ice packs all day. Did it really help you heal faster?

I can’t say it made me heal faster, but it definitely made recovery more comfortable. After a skiing accident a couple of years ago, I spent weeks dealing with knee pain and stiffness. Ice packs helped at first, but I got tired of constantly rotating them throughout the day. Once I started using a https://kneemassager.uk with heat and gentle vibration, it became much easier to relax in the evenings and move around without feeling as tight. I also found some useful information on the site linked above while comparing options. For me, it wasn’t a miracle cure, but it made the recovery process a lot more manageable.
