If you’re an Austin resident looking for resources, please contact the Austin Community Hub at hub@austincomingtogether.org or text your Full Name to (708) 529-5042 and a member of the Hub team will follow up with you.

We have combined multiple ACT initiatives to improve service delivery through one coordinated initiative: the Austin Community Hub and Neighborhood Network. As part of our focus on providing support to Austin in hopes of improving quality of life, the Hub team provides referrals for residents to connect to a wide variety of resources. Austin Coming Together (ACT)’s Austin Community Hub team hosts virtual Hub 101 info sessions on ACT’s Facebook page so Austin residents can stay informed of the various resources and opportunities available to them through the Hub. Watch past Hub 101 sessions on our YouTube channel.

In addition to supporting residents, ACT has been providing backbone support for a member network of public, private, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations since 2010. Today, the ACT member network includes over 50 agencies that share one collective mission: increasing the education and economic development outcomes in Chicago’s Austin community.
