Austin Historians 11 hours, 14 minutes agoIt really surprises me how easy it is to overlook minor friction points in a user interface when you spend every single day looking at your own product. You can spend thousands of dollars trying to bring new eyes to a website, but if a couple of tiny technical hurdles confuse visitors along the way, most of that effort just gets wasted.
