Why do my flight and hotel bookings sometimes get out of sync?

    I’ve noticed that after booking a flight and hotel separately, the dates or times occasionally don’t match up, especially when plans change. Has anyone else dealt with this? What’s your trick for keeping everything aligned without stress? Do you use one site, apps, or just careful notes?
