I am considering private aviation for a future business trip and have been trying to understand how the booking process usually works. With commercial travel, most of the information is displayed automatically when searching for a flight, but with charter travel it seems more dependent on the individual itinerary. I would like to know what information is normally required and which questions are worth asking before confirming anything. The route, schedule and number of passengers are obvious starting points, but I am sure there are other practical details that beginners might overlook.
