Received my Wellamoon package today, but one of the items I ordered wasn’t in the box. The packing slip listed everything correctly, so I’m not sure if it was just forgotten or if it’s shipping separately. Has this happened to anyone else, and how do they usually handle missing items?

Opened my Wellamoon order this morning and was excited to try everything out—but noticed right away that one of the supplements I paid for wasn’t included. Everything else was there, neatly packed. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, so I looked over https://wellamoon.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html hoping someone had been through something similar. Saw a few cases where missing items were shipped separately without notice. I reached out just to be safe and got a reply that the rest of my order was on the way. Not ideal, but at least it’s getting sorted.
