Looking to pay off my Snap Finance account early to save on fees, but the payoff amount in my account looks higher than expected. Thought paying early would lower the total cost, so I’m wondering if there’s a specific way to request the correct balance. Does Snap Finance automatically adjust for early payments, or do I need to call them?

Used Snap Finance for a big purchase and wanted to pay it off early, thinking I’d save a decent amount. Checked my account, but the payoff amount didn’t look right. Looked up https://snapfinance.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to see if others had run into this. Turns out, early payoff discounts don’t always reflect automatically, and a manual request is sometimes needed. Called customer service, and they provided an updated total that was lower than what was shown online.
