I just got off the phone with a homeowner whose house has been listed with another realtor for seven months! He said his listing is expiring soon and he’d like me to list it. I looked at his current listing and said photos would be helpful, but he said he took them himself!
What? This is unacceptable! Stop being lazy!

Even a great home can look dull and unappealing in homemade photos, which can seriously slow down a sale. A real estate photographer can make a huge difference. Proper lighting, angles, and staging highlight a home’s best features and attract serious buyers. Sometimes, simply improving the quality of photos can completely transform a property’s perception and reduce its time on the market.

Self-portrait photos often don’t show a home in its best light. The lighting can be poor, perspectives and angles can be distorted, and the interior can appear smaller and less appealing. Offer the homeowner a professional photo shoot from Sacramento real estate photography who know how to show off a home at its best. They’ll set the right lighting, use wide-angle lenses, take aerial shots, and highlight the home’s unique details. Investing in professional photography always pays off, as a home sells faster and for a higher price.
