The Modlily return request was accepted, but the label or return instructions have not appeared yet and the return window is still counting down. The order itself is easy to find in the account, which makes the missing instructions the only issue. Has anyone contacted support for a delayed return label, and did they send it manually or reset the return process? I would rather avoid losing time from the return window while waiting.
