Placed an order for pajamas from Quince and received tracking that showed “out for delivery,” yet no package arrived. I reached out using their online form but haven’t received any confirmation or updated status. Did someone else experience this exact tracking hang-up and eventually receive their order? I’m eager to know which step triggered the resolution.

I encountered that same “delivered” label with no package to show for it, so I decided to echo details found in https://quince.pissedconsumer.com/review.html where several customers noted that sharing order number, last reported location, and courier service name in one sentence led to a prompt follow-up. I submitted a message including those three specifics along with a screenshot of the tracking page. Under forty-eight hours later, Quince customer service traced the package, confirmed it was rerouted to a nearby hub, and provided a fresh delivery window. Clear, grouped tracking details seemed to trigger their team to investigate instead of leaving the order in limbo.
