I recently bought an item from a popular store, but a few days later I realized that it didn’t suit me. When I decided to return it, it turned out that I had to go through a complicated procedure. I wrote to their support several times, but I didn’t get a response. Can anyone share their experience on how to properly resolve the issue of returning the product if the company doesn’t respond to inquiries?

I had a similar situation where returning the product took longer than expected and support was not available for a long time. In such cases, it is important to keep all correspondence and have proof of the requests. Sometimes it helps to contact them through other channels, for example, social networks or even a direct call. By the way, I once looked for the Cvs Specialty phone number to get a faster answer, and I found some useful tips on how to reach the support service.

I recently bought clothes online, and while they looked great in the pictures, I didn’t like how they felt or fit after trying them on. When I decided to return them, I was really disappointed to find that the return process was unnecessarily complicated. The website had confusing instructions, I had to fill out multiple forms, and there were hidden conditions I wasn’t aware of—like needing original tags and packaging. It turned what should have been a simple return into a frustrating experience, and it’s made me think twice about ordering from that store again.
