A new address is showing as unavailable in the IdeaTek signup flow even though nearby homes on the same road already have service. This is different from the router issue I dealt with before because there is no active account at this location yet. I would give the full service address, nearby cross street, and whether the property is new construction so the coverage record can be checked properly. The neighboring addresses are already listed as serviceable.

New service addresses can be tricky when nearby homes qualify but the signup page still rejects the exact property. I place IdeaTek phone number next to the full address, nearest cross street, and whether the house is new construction so the coverage record can be compared with neighboring serviceable locations. I’d also note two nearby addresses that already appear eligible, without assuming the same result automatically applies. That gives a practical way to ask whether the database needs an address update or whether service truly stops at that property.
