Is RYZE actually helping anyone with afternoon crashes?

    I’ve been trying to fix my awful 3PM energy dips cutting sugar, sleeping better, the whole deal. Someone in my office swears by mushroom coffee. A lot of the RYZE reviews are positive, but it’s hard to tell what’s hype and what’s real. Just wondering if anyone here’s tried it specifically to help with that sluggish feeling later in the day?
