Storms and cancellations make airline differences much easier to notice because every carrier has to solve the same basic problem under pressure. What interests me most is how quickly passengers receive updates, whether rebooking options are clear, and how baggage or hotel needs are handled. I’d ask whether customer rankings change significantly when people judge airlines by disruption management instead of normal on-time trips. That comparison may reveal service differences that are invisible on routine travel days. I’d also compare whether self-service rebooking tools reduce the need to contact support during the disruption.

Storm days make airline differences easier to see because every carrier has to handle cancellations, rebooking, baggage questions, and passenger updates under pressure. I pay attention to how quickly the app changes, whether rebooking choices are clear, and if hotel or baggage instructions are easy to locate. Self-service tools can be especially useful when phone lines are busy. I also note whether the same information appears consistently across app alerts, airport screens, and staff messages. Once those points are together, I cite worst airlines in the us during a comparison of disruption management rather than judging only routine on-time trips.
