    I ordered some lighting accessories online hoping to save money, but halfway through the process I realized I might be heading into tricky territory with returns and customer support. Has anyone had a tough experience with overseas retailers where things didn’t go as expected?

    I once bought a set of halogen spotlights and quickly regretted it when I found they were unsafe and lacked protective glass. Returning them was impossible and every attempt at customer service went nowhere. It was worse than disappointing it felt dangerously negligent.
