Installed a set of patches to increase FPS in games, and after restarting Windows suddenly became inactive. It seems that this software has affected some system services or license certificates. Now there is a watermark, and I can’t even change the wallpaper. How can I roll back these changes or quickly restore activation so that I don’t have to reinstall the entire system from scratch?

Occasionally, these FPS boosters, along with unnecessary services, often remove activation. To avoid reinstalling Windows and messing with game settings again, simply use kms activator. This is a proven method that instantly fixes certificates affected by the patch, removes the watermark, and restores access to wallpapers. I did this myself when, after cleaning the system, everything crashed, I pressed the button, and Windows was like new again. It’s really faster than looking for which file is broken
