ACT represents the future of non-profit community-based organizations whose work is driven by fresh leadership, a commitment to the use of data and rigorous research; and a commitment to creative, strategic thinking. We are committed to ProACTive community building.We believe that collaboration is the key to enhancing both the efficiency and effectiveness of comprehensive community development initiatives. Our organizational model leverages existing assets by breaking down silos, connecting individuals and groups, and collaboratively developing plans that incorporate the strengths of existing organizations while exercising a commitment to build the capacity of those organizations in our network. Our focus on education and economic development covers the breadth of issues impacting the community.
