Service Delivery Enhancement Manager
As ACT’s Service Delivery Enhancement Manager, Sandra is responsible for developing, testing, managing and evaluating initiatives that contribute to the overall improvement of service delivery for Austin residents. This includes advancing new initiatives and managing the various coordinated intake and referral services currently offered through ACT’s Austin Community Hub. Sandra interned with ACT from September 2018 to June 2019 before officially joining the team full time. Sandra completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work where her concentration was Organization and Community Practice. Sandra has experience working with youth and families in the Cicero community where she grew up. She enjoys connecting with the community and empowering individuals for positive change.
