Mary Whiting

Born and raised in Chicago, Mary grew up in West Garfield Park and later moved to the Austin neighborhood after college. While she now lives on the South Side, her roots remain on the West Side, where much of her family still resides.

Mary holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Economics and has worked in and for her community since graduating. Committed to leading by example, she chose to stay and invest in the neighborhoods that shaped her. Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling both internationally and domestically and loves being a tourist in her hometown of Chicago.
