Executive Operations Lead/Assistant to the CEO
Dearra Williams is a passionate Austin resident and the Co-Chair of the Community Narrative task force for the AFT plan. She had previously worked with ACT as the Marketing & Development Associate from fall 2020 to fall 2021. In her new role, she will be working closely with the Executive Director to bring alignment around and drive action for ACT’s mission and vision. Additionally, she will serve as a liaison between the board and senior management team, along with providing administrative support to the Executive Director. In moving the needle more efficiently and effectively with the ACT team, Dearra is excited to build meaningful relationships with neighbors, organizations, and supporters.
