Data and Systems Analyst
Naysha has a background in public policy, data analytics, and operations, with a focus on improving how public systems function and deliver results. Hailing from Puerto Rico, Naysha relocated to Chicago in 2021 and worked with the City of Chicago and the Chicago Housing Authority, leading initiatives and developing reporting for local, state, and federal government stakeholders, prior to her time at ACT. Naysha holds a Master’s Degree in public policy and data analytics, and is particularly interested in translating complex data into practical tools that support better decision-making and community impact.
