Marketing & Development Internship

This unpaid opportunity will provide on-the-job experience supporting the Communications & Development Department. Internship length and weekly hours are flexible, although minimum 5 hours / week is required.

This position assists and reports to the Marketing & Development Manager and is accountable for key marketing and development activities. Primary duties include: resource development; member management; communications; and event planning assistance.

The qualified candidate will be age 16+ and must have these competencies:

  • Passion for community development
  • Eagerness to help the team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Polite, professional office behavior

  • Google Drive

  • MailChimp / email marketing
  • Graphic Design
  • Database management
  • Social Media
